I am not happy about the service I or my relative is receiving on intensive care
If something is not right, please ask to see the consultant or nurse in charge of our intensive care unit. It is usually possible that we will be able to sort out any problems straight away.
What if I'm not happy to speak to the staff involved?
You can speak to the hospital's Patient and Customer Services Team (incorporation PALS). They are based at the main entrance of the hospital in the Health Information Centre, or you can call them on 0800 917 6039 or email PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk
